      1. Must be posted by the Human Resources Department according to established procedures.
    2. Assistant Coaching Vacancies
      1. The Athletic Director may appoint individuals to fill these positions.
  3. Employment Agreement and Compensation
    1. Employment Agreement
      1. Requires approval of the President.
      2. Spans the fiscal year, July 1 to June 30.
      3. Is only renewable upon recommendation of the Athletic Director and approvals of the Dean of Student Development, the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs and Provost and Dean of Faculty, and the President.
    2. Compensation
      1. Is in compliance with the Board-approved "Athletic Salary Schedule"
