The recording of hours of employment for each full-time staff, part-time staff, temporary staff, and student employee shall be recorded on a payroll report. Each employee is responsible for completing their own payroll time report accurately and in accordance with Board policies. The time report requires verification and signature of the employee's supervisor before being forwarded to the Payroll Department by the first day of the next pay period.
