All news releases for the college will be prepared or approved by the division of Marketing for the purpose of maintaining accuracy and to coordinate the flow of information to the media.
- No release will be sent by an individual unless the release is first processed through the office of Marketing.
- Releases will be written by or in conjunction with the proper authority.
- An accurate count will be maintained of column inches of all releases, news items, and stories appearing in the "News Herald," "Telegraph," and "Plain Dealer."
- Releases will be distributed by Marketing to the media on a regular basis. Such releases will include news items, general items of interest to the public, and educational honors by the college.
