Planning Advisory Council

The Planning Advisory Council (PAC) serves as the primary advisory group to the President in matters related to strategic planning and continuous quality improvement. The PAC meets twice each semester.

Committee Charge

The Planning Advisory Council:

  • Develops the strategic plan
  • Monitors accreditation status
  • Identifies AQIP action projects based on strategic priorities
  • Approves goals/directions of committees
  • Reviews progress of committees and action project teams
  • Makes recommendations to the President related to strategic planning and AQIP
  • Communicates results to the campus community
  • Celebrates accomplishments and team success
